This evening at 106.1 KISS FM’s Jingle Ball 2015 Presented by Capital One at American Airlines Center, the stars were out in full force on the first stop of the national iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour 2015 Presented by Capital One. The kickoff event featured iconic and emerging performers including: One Direction, Calvin Harris, Demi Lovato, 5 Seconds of Summer, Ellie Goulding, Zedd, Shawn Mendes, Tove Lo, Charlie Puth and DNCE.
Standout moments throughout the night included a surprise performance by Camila Cabello during Shawn Mendes’ set singing, “I Know What You Did Last Summer.” Fans went wild when Charlie Puth hit the stage for his first-ever arena performance. Later, Puth was seen side stage mouthing the words to One Direction’s hits. Fan favorite and Dallas native, Demi Lavato, closed the night by giving a shout out to KISS FM and her fans; she explained that year’s ago Lavato came to Jingle Ball as a fan and watched on as Christina Aguilera took stage and being here has been a dream come true. Finally, an off stage moment and unexpected moment included a heart-felt marriage proposal during Ellie Goulding’s meet & greet.
