The Environmental Media Association (EMA) announced the 25th Anniversary EMA Award winners, presented by Toyota and Lexus. EMA is dedicated to harnessing the power of celebrity and the media to promote sustainable lifestyles and believes through positive role modeling the entertainment community can inspire consumers to take action. With this mission in mind, the organization bestowed it top honors to Gwyneth Paltrow (EMA Green Parent Award), Kristin Davis (EMA Wildlife Conservation Award), George Miller (Lifetime Achievement Award), Don Henley (EMA Missions in Music), Van Jones (EMA Greenbiz Global Innovator Award), and Zem & James Joaquin (EMA Corporate Responsibility Award).
The EMA Awards took place at the Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California and was hosted by EMAs Young Hollywood Board member, Lance Bass. Presenters included Blythe Danner, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lisa Schwartz (aka LisBug), Karrueche Tran, Lyn and Norman Lear, Amy Smart, Stana Katic, Rachelle Lefevre, Dawn Olivieri, Constance Zimmer, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Carter Oosterhouse, Yeardley Smith, Darby Stanchfield, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Wendie Malick and Sarah Wright Olsen & Eric Christian Olsen. Attendees include: Jessica Biel, Daryl Hannah, Kat McPhee, Justin Chatwin, Andie MacDowell, Ed Begley Jr., Frances Fisher, Peter & Parky Fonda, Poppy Jaime, Mike Epps, Angela Lindvall, Justin Chatwin, Dita Von Tease, Vinessa Shaw, Katharine McPhee and many more. DJ Chis Kennedy (aka Chris Masterson) dj’d the party.
